This group meets to study, explore and experiment with spiritual expression, including areas such as self and applied healing, channeling, performance or authentic communication.
Using our creative talents: sound, music, movement, spoken word or indeed any of the expressive creative arts. What makes it spiritual, what makes it effective and what can be done to support that.

The group will have two aspects:

-The inner journey will take time to deepen our ability to contact a deeper place,to develop our capacity to act and express from there in relationship to whatever situation we find ourselves in.
We will utilize techniques of meditation, sound and movement for this purpose

- The outer journey will be about sharing our talent in a sharing circle, so your song, words or whatever gifts of expression you, have can find a welcome space to develop.
Because we want to focus on the performer rather than on whatever skills the performer has acquired you may sometimes be encouraged to try another medium, and certainly to do without the artifice and technology, to be simple or, in a sense naked, but in one way or another become the beginner again, on the edge of your abilities which is where the true learning often is.

Members of this group may feel they have no performance or artistic skills whatsoever or they may be professionals, but they will have the desire to express themselves more fully or more subtly, they will also have recognised they they are on a spiritual/healing/self development path and see this as a part of that process.
