The focus is on self healing, and intends to be sensitive to the needs and difficulties often experienced on the path of healing.
Meditation offers methods to discover a larger sense of being and healing occurs when we are ready to engage with the challenges life brings. Accepting ourselves as we actually are is the key to allowing the necessary changes into our lives and so the psyche is uncharted territory, promising new treasures which can be brought back to enrich familiar territory.
The basic structure is a guided meditation, followed by some light movement, then some energy healing and a closing, with space throughout for sharing. This structure provides focus and flexibility, allowing participants to attend on a drop in basis.
